CALENDAR OF EVENTS
MERB hearings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Thursdays and the 4th Wednesday of each month and begin at 9:00 a.m.
Hearings are normally held in the Delaware Room of the Public Archives Building located at 121 Duke of York Street, Dover, Delaware, 19901.
Occasionally, due to conflicts or special circumstances, a hearing may be relocated to another hearing facility.
All hearings are noticed as required by 29 Del.C. §10004(e)(2), and the notices include the hearing location.
